What are your products made of?
The products are made of 100% cotton oil cloth with high quality zips, clips and straps. The fabric is soft but durable, water and fade resistant and is easily wiped clean.
What is the best way to clean the fabric?
Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. If necessary you can use a little soap. Do not use kitchen or bathroom sprays. Do not soak in water.
ORDERING
Why do I have to have to open an account to shop at SARAH GRACE?
This allows us to manage your order effectively. We only ask for the minimum details required to process and deliver your order. If you make a repeat purchase you will not need to enter your details again. We will never share your details with anyone.
Can my order have different billing and delivery addresses?
Yes. You can change the delivery address during the checkout process.
How do I know if you have received my order?
You should receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive this, please check your junk mail box and change your settings if necessary. Otherwise please contact us using the e-mail form on the website's Contact Us page.
Can I change my order after I’ve checked out and paid for it?

I am interested in an item that is showing as sold out. Can you let me know when it becomes available?
Yes. On the product page under the ‘add to basket’ button you can request to be notified when it becomesavailable.If you don’t already have an account, you will need to created one to use this feature.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. They are the last item under 'SHOP BY PRODUCT'. Gift vouchers are purchased in the same way as any other product. For security reasons they can take up to 12 hours to activate. Once activated you can send all or part ofyour gift voucher balance to someone else via e-mail.
Do you have a gift wrap service?

PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major international credit and debit cards. You can also make payments with your PayPal account.
How secure is your payment process?
We use PayPal to process our payments. PayPal is a highly secure and widely used online payments provider. PayPaldoes not provide us with your personal credit or debit card information. We do not see or store your card details.
Can I pay in pay for my order in a currency other than Singapore Dollars?
Sorry, we only accept Singapore Dollar payments.
DELIVERY
How is my order delivered?
Orders are delivered via Singapore Post Registered Mail. Please refer to our Customer Service page for further details.
How long does Singapore delivery take?
Orders received before 5pm will be dispatched the next working day. Under normal conditions Singapore Post deliver in 2-3 working days. During busy periods like Christmas, it may take 3-5 days.
How long does international delivery take?
Under normal conditions delivery time ranges from 8-15 working days depending on the country of delivery. During busy periods like Christmas, it can take a few days longer.
What are your delivery charges?
Singapore delivery is free. International delivery is free for orders more than S$150. Otherwise international delivery is based on the weight of your order and the country of delivery. The delivery charge is recalculated and displayed each time you add an item to your shopping basket. You do not need to checkout to find out the delivery charge. Simply select the country of delivery at the bottom of your shopping basket.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes. You can change the delivery address during the checkout process.
If your billing and delivery addresses are different you should ignore the PayPal delivery address on the payment confirmation e-mail. It will always be the same as the billing address. PayPal advised us to set up our account this way because they do not accept payments where the billing and delivery addresses have a different country.
Can my purchased items be delivered to multiple addresses?
A single order can only be delivered to a single address. To deliver to multiple addresses, please do separate orders.
My order is being delivered to a country other than Singapore. Will I be charged any import duties or taxes?
Maybe. We do not charge any duties or taxes. Please check with the customs authority of the country to which your order is being shipped.
What packaging will my order be shipped in?
Smaller items are packed in high quality bubble envelopes. Larger items are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside a plastic courier envelope.
Will my order be insured?
Once your order has been delivered and signed for it will no longer be covered by our insurance. If the outer packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, you should make a note when signing that you are accepting a damaged package. You should contact us immediately if your order is damaged.
What if I don’t receive my order?
Please contact us if you do not receive your order. You can use the e-mail form on the website’s Contact Us page. We will ship a replacement or make a full refund if a replacement is not available.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your Returns & Exchanges policy?

Do I have to pay for the cost of returning my order?
If your order is damaged or faulty we will refund any return delivery costs up to a maximum of S$10.
What if SARAH GRACE do not receive the returned order?
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any items that do not reach us.
