Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product are accurate. Product pictures are not to scale. Please refer to the product dimensions on the individual product pages.
All prices are shown in Singapore dollars and may change at any time.
Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
HOW TO ORDER
To place your first order you need to open an account. At checkout you will be asked to complete the account opening form. This includes your name, physical address and e-mail address. If your order is to be delivered to a different address, you will have the option to do this during the checkout process.
Once payment has been made you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. PayPal will also send you a payment confirmation e-mail.
HOW TO PAY
We accept online payment using PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account. PayPal accepts most major international credit and debit cards. All payments are in Singapore Dollars.
Singapore delivery is free. Your order is sent via Singapore Post registered mail. Depending on the size of your order, multiple items may be sent separately.
If no one is home when delivery is attempted, a delivery advice will left. You can collect the item from the designated post office, have it redirected to another post office or reschedule another delivery. If you are collecting from the post office you will need to take identification and your delivery advice. If you do not claim your registered item within 10 days it will be returned to us.
All orders received by 5pm are dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. For example, an order received at 4pm on a Tuesday will be dispatched on the Wednesday and delivered on the Friday.
International delivery is free for orders of S$150 and above. Otherwise the delivery charge is based on the weight of your order and the country of delivery.
You do not need to register or checkout to see the delivery charge. It is calculated as you add items to your basket. Simply select the country to which your order is being sent on the 'view basket' page.
Your order will be sent via Singapore Post registered airmail. Depending on the size of your order, multiple items may be sent separately.
Please note that local duties may be payable on receipt.
Delivery time ranges from 8-15 working days depending on the country of delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that you let us know within 24hrs of delivery and make the return within three working days of delivery. If you are returning your purchase because it is damaged or faulty we will also refund any return delivery costs up to a maximum of S$10.
Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth refund or exchange:
1. Send us your request for refund or exchange within 24hrs of delivery. You can use the e-mail form on the website’s Contact Us page.
2. Make the return within three working days of delivery. Please package the item carefully to avoid any damage in transit.
3. When we receive it we will process the refund or ship the exchange.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any items that do not reach us. We recommend that you use registered mail or some other secure delivery method.
